Ferguson's
Family of Farms

Students are greeted and made an official farmer for the day at Fergusons. We will walk together to our special field trip patch and start learning about all the hard work that goes into caring for different crops and animals, like apples and pumpkins. Students will then visit the garden area to start cultivating their crops! They will get to use different kinds of tools to dig and explore in the dirt. We can’t forget about our farm animals! In this area, we will get to feed and care for (pretend) baby farm animals. Before everyone leaves, they will have their very own plant to bring home, to care for and watch it grow. Perfect for pre-school to kindergarten students.
